Return & Exchange Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with the products you receive, you can submit your return/exchange request via email to [email protected] within 14 adays of receiving your package, including your order number.

After submitting your request via email, you will receive a detailed message explaining the steps you need to follow for the return/exchange process.

Once the products reach us, our quality control team will inspect them, and the return/exchange process will be approved or rejected. The items you send must remain in a resalable condition and be shipped back exactly as you received them.

For exchange or repair requests made after 14 days, shipping costs will be your responsibility. (Packages sent without payment will not be accepted.)
